Please be prepared to provide an explanation of the problem to our Support team. You may want to write brief notes about the problem, including the following information.
- Full error message and when it occurs
- Operating system that you are using
- Internet browser that you are using
- Specific nature of the problem
- Steps that preceded the problem
- The screen where you have the problem
