Delete a permission group

You can delete a permission group from OnBalance if you no longer need it.

Note: A permission group can be deleted only if there are no users assigned to it.

To delete a permission group, follow these steps.

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Permission Groups.
  2. Click the permission group you want to delete.
  3. In the Edit Permissions Group screen, click the Delete Permission Group link at the bottom left side of the screen.
  4. At the prompt, click Yes to confirm.
