Edit or delete a customer return
In the Customer Returns screen, you can update or delete information about products your customers return after buying them from you.
- In the Sales screen,
To open the Sales screen, click Sales in the navigation panel.
For more information, see Sales.
- Click the customer return you want to edit.
- Do one of the following.
- To edit the customer return, change the necessary information.
- To delete the customer return, click Delete Product Return.
- Click Save to save and enter another return, or click Save & Close to save the return and close the screen.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
