Edit or delete a customer return

In the Customer Returns screen, you can update or delete information about products your customers return after buying them from you. 

  1. In the Sales screen, click the Customer's Return button.
  2. Click the customer return you want to edit.
  3. Do one of the following.
    • To edit the customer return, change the necessary information.
    • To delete the customer return, click Delete Product Return.
  4. Click Save to save and enter another return, or click Save & Close to save the return and close the screen.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
