Change your OnBalance billing information
In the My Account dialog, you can change or cancel your OnBalance subscription. For example, you might want to upgrade your bundle from Express to Advanced.
Note: If your accountant pays for your OnBalance license, you will need to contact your accountant to change or cancel your subscription.
To change your billing information, follow these steps.
- From the company setup menu, choose My Account.
- Click Change the Bundle.
Note: To see which features are included in each bundle, click here.
- In the dialog that opens, click the Express option or the Advanced option.
- Click Change now.
- Click Save.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
