Change your email address and login

If your email address has changed from the email address you initially set up in OnBalance, you can easily change that address in the My Account screen.

Notes

When you change your email address in My Account, the application changes your login email as well.
Changing your email address in My Account does not change your email address in My Company.

From the company setup menu,

To open your company setup menu, click your company name in the upper-right corner.

For more information, see company setup menu.

choose My Account.
Enter your new email address in the Email field.
Click Save.
