Bank reconciliation

OnBalance can read your bank statements and show you all your existing transactions.

To open the Bank Reconciliation screen, click Manage > Bank Reconciliation in the Transactions screen.

In the Bank Reconciliation screen, you can see all your financial accounts, analyze your transactions, and perform the following actions.

  • Add bills or deposits
  • Apply a receipt to an existing sale installment
  • Apply a payment to an existing bill installment
  • Add a transfer between different financial accounts

This process helps you to:

  • Ensure the correct bank balance in OnBalance.
  • Save time, as you can create documents and apply payments with just one click.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
