See canceled product returns
In the Vendor Returns screen, you can cancel a bill for which you have already issued an invoice after buying a product from the vendor.
To view product returns that have been cancelled, follow these steps.
- In the Bills screen,
click the Product Return button.
To open the Bills screen, click Bills in the navigation panel.

- Mark the See Cancelled Product Returns checkbox.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
