Change withholdings in a sale

OnBalance allows you to change one or more withholdings applied to a sale, ensuring that exceptions in the law are met.

To change withholdings, follow these steps.

  1. Open the sale in which you want to change withholdings.
  2. Click the ? icon next to Withholding, and open the detailed withholding calculation screen.
  3. Change one or more rates.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Save or Save and Close.

Notes

  • You can only change withholdings before you create an invoice. After you create an invoice, you must cancel the invoice before you can change the withholdings.
  • You can change only withholding percentages, not the amounts calculated in currency.
  • The incorrect setup of information can cause problems. We recommend you request support from your accountant.
