Invoices

OnBalance is ready to help you manage three kinds of invoices:

  • NF-e, consisting of electronic invoices for product sales model 55.
  • NFS-e, consisting of electronic invoices for services.
  • Conventional invoices for services, consisting of a preformatted sheet of paper or printed forms.
The major benefit of using OnBalance to manage your invoices is the guarantee of automatic transmission of data to your accountant through the invoice export process, which guarantees accuracy in your company's accounting and calculation of taxes payable.

Notes

  • The current version of OnBalance does not yet issue commercial invoices for products NFC-e and CF-e.
  • OnBalance automatically determines if it will manage electronic or conventional invoices of services based on your company’s city. If your City Hall has no electronic invoices (or if OnBalance is not integrated yet with your City Hall), OnBalance will be configured to manage conventional invoices.
