Delete a user
A deleted user can no longer access your company's data.
To delete a user, follow these steps.
Note: You can delete an OnBalance user only before the user creates a login. A user who has not created their login yet will have a status of Pending – Email Sent in the Users screen. Once a user has created a login, you can only inactivate the user.
- From the company setup menu, choose Users.
- In the Users screen, click the user you want to delete.
- In the Edit User screen, click the Delete user link in the lower left corner of the screen.
- Click Yes to confirm the action.
The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
