Delete a user

A deleted user can no longer access your company's data.

To delete a user, follow these steps.

Note: You can delete an OnBalance user only before the user creates a login. A user who has not created their login yet will have a status of Pending – Email Sent in the Users screen. Once a user has created a login, you can only inactivate the user.

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Users.
  2. In the Users screen, click the user you want to delete.
  3. In the Edit User screen, click the Delete user link in the lower left corner of the screen.
  4. Click Yes to confirm the action.

The availability of some or all of these features depends on your version of OnBalance.
