Delete installments
You may need to delete an installment if, for example, the installment was applied to the wrong bill or you decide to pay fewer installments than originally planned.
Notes
- To delete an installment that has an applied payment, first delete the applied payment, and then delete the installment.
- You can delete an installment only if the bill has at least one other installment without an applied payment.
- When you delete an installment, the application divides the amount due for the installment equally between all other open installments for the same bill.
- In the Bills screen,
click the installment you want to delete to open the bill and a list of all related installments.
To open the Bills screen, click Bills in the navigation panel.

- Click next to the installment you want to delete.
- At the prompt, click Yes.
