Send notifications to your accountant

One of the biggest benefits of OnBalance is keeping your accountant up to date with all your actions through a daily automatic process that tracks relevant information to send to him.

Below is a list of all tracked actions in OnBalance that, if carried out by you, will send notifications to your accountant.

  • Add, edit or delete bills with dates in already-released periods.
  • Update installments from sales with approved invoices.
  • Update installments from already released bills.
  • Add or delete receivables with dates in already-released periods, including from other incomings.
  • Add or delete payments with dates in already-released periods.
  • Add, update or delete transfers between accounts with dates in already-released periods.
  • Update your company's tax data, including data from the following screens:
    • ISS Definition screen, assuming you provide services to the market.
    • Product Taxes screen, assuming you sells products to the market.

There is no notification related to sales, because sales invoices are released as soon as they approved, regardless of the released period.

As you can see, several notifications are related to financial changes in already-released periods. Even though OnBalance provides these notifications to your accountant, try to avoid the notifications by auditing your financial data before sending it to your accountant.

Your accountant can block certain notifications. If any notifications are not being displayed, ask him or her to verify if the notification type is blocked inside the accounting solution.

Note: The notification export process runs daily at certain times. Therefore, it is understood that it will take a few hours to be seen by your accountant.
