Set up your tax information with your accountant
OnBalance gives your accountant full access to all the screens and data related to tax definitions. This access allows your accountant to do the following.
- Initially set up all tax definitions from your company for you, ensuring that your operations meet all Brazilian tax requirements.
- Edit those tax definitions at any time, keeping your company up to date with numerous and constant tax definition changes.
- Follow any additional information or change made by you in those tax definitions through notifications, allowing your accountant to identify potential mistakes by you or your team.
Your accountant does not need your password and will not have access to any other information. Our technology allows these actions to be carried out directly through our accounting solution.
The following is a list of screens that the accountant can access and can edit all data in them.
- My Company
- Invoice Setup
- ISS Definition (assuming that you provide services to the market)
- Product Taxes (assuming that you provide products to the market)
- Products and Services
Your accountant does not need your password to perform this procedure.
Your accountant has access only to the data listed above.
