Track product adjustments for inventory

You can track all of the adjustments that you entered for a product to help you manage your product inventory.

  1. From the company setup menu, choose Products & Services.

    Note: The name of this screen varies according to what your company manages in OnBalance. If you manage only products, this screen name is Products; if you manage only services, the screen name is Services; and if you manage both, the screen name is Products & Services.

  2. Click Inventory History for the product you want to track.
  3. In the Filter By > All Types field, select Adjustment.

OnBalance will update the list in the Inventory History screen to show only the inventory adjustments you have just entered.
