My Account

In the My Account screen, you can change your login email address and password. You can also change your OnBalance billing information.

Notes

  • If you change your email address in My Account, the application also changes your login email.
  • Changing your email address in My Account does not change your email address in My Company.

To open the My Account screen, open your company setup menu and choose My Account.
