Products and services

To reduce time and save data entry, you can add information about your products and services to OnBalance, and then quickly apply that information when you add sales. Products are supplies or items that you provide to your customers. Services are the types of work that you provide to your customers.

To open the Products & Services screen, choose Products & Services from the company setup menu.

Note: The name of this screen varies according to what your company manages in OnBalance. If you manage only products, this screen name is Products; if you manage only services, the screen name is Services; and if you manage both, the screen name is Products & Services.

Once you have added products in OnBalance, you can manage your inventory. This allows you to monitor the current quantities and unit costs of your products. In this screen, you can access your inventory history or adjust product information.
