Resolve errors in voucher registration process

Incorrect information about a customer, product, or service may cause an error in the voucher registration process.

  1. In the Sales screen, locate the voucher with an error in the registration process, and click the icon.
  2. In the window that opens and displays more information about the error, correct the error and then click one of the following buttons.
    • Resubmit to the Bank: Resubmit the registration request to the bank. The registration of this voucher will occur in the next process of Register Vouchers.
    • Consider Canceled: Cancel the voucher. The voucher cancellation request will not be sent to the bank.
