Adjust an RPS number directly in a sale
OnBalance allows you to change the suggested RPS number for a sale directly in the Sales screen. To change the RPS number in a sale, follow these steps.
- Open the add or edit Sales screen.
- Change the content of the RPS field.
- Click Save.
Notes
- OnBalance will not accept a duplicate RPS number. If OnBalance shows a message about this, it means that you have some sale with a RPS number equal to the chosen number.
- You cannot change RPS after issue an invoice. If you want to change it after you issue the invoice, you need to cancel the invoice first.
