How to find a sale using the RPS number

To locate a sale by the RPS number, follow these steps.

  1. Open the Sales screen.
  2. Click the Outstanding tab.
  3. Mark the Include Canceled checkbox.
  4. Enter the RPS number in the Search for Sale field and wait. One or more installments representing this sale will be listed.

If no record is listed, it may be because the sale no longer has an outstanding balance. In this case, proceed with the following additional steps.

  1. Click the Paid tab.
  2. Enter the RPS number in the Search for Sale field and wait. One or more installments representing this sale will be listed.

If nothing is still listed, it means that there is no sale recorded in the application with the defined RPS.
