Manage vouchers

You can manager your vouchers in OnBalance to keep track of which ones have been sent to the bank, received, or canceled.

  1. In the Sales screen, click Manage Vouchers.
  2. Click one of the following.
    • Send to Bank: See all vouchers you have generated for sales, along with their current status. For more information, see Register vouchers.
    • Receive From Bank: Select the return file (.RET) from the bank to enter the voucher information in OnBalance. For more information, see Process bank return file.
    • Voucher Reports: After you successfully upload your voucher files, you can access reports in PDF about the voucher status. See the status of all vouchers you have sent and, also, correct errors, if necessary. For more information, see Analyze processing report history.
    • Canceled Vouchers: See vouchers that have been canceled and vouchers that had errors at the time of cancellation. You can check the errors and correct errors, if necessary.
  3. When finished, click the Close button.
